I need to cancel my order. What do I do?
Once your order is processed, we are unable to cancel your order. All sales are final on back issues, custom orders, and all products where it is noted on the product page. For more information, read our Shipping & Returns Policy.

What are back issues?
Back issues are additional copies of the original newspaper. They are the full newspaper, printed on original newsprint.
What are reprints?
Reprints are reproductions of pages originally published in The Philadelphia Inquirer or Philadelphia Daily News. They are printed on matte archival photographic paper, which does not fade over time.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and PayPal.

How do discount codes work?
Discount codes must be entered before submitting your order. Some items may not be eligible for the use of codes. Check the product page of an item for details.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Do you sell gift cards?

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as soon as possible. If your order is still being processed, we will do what we can to update your address. We are unable to change your address once your order has been shipped.
I received my order, but have an issue with it. What do I do?
Please contact our support team at email@example.com or at 215-854-2200 with your name, order number, and what the issue is. If your order is damaged, please include a photo of the damage. Our phone lines are open Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm EST and Saturday-Sunday 7:30am-12PM EST.
